Returns are made in the form of web credits only, and exchanges can be made at a 25 Silver Boutique retail location.
25 Silver Boutique carefully monitors returns and exchanges, and in some cases, returns or exchanges made that meet all of our requirements may be refused. 25 Silver Boutique reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Returns must be shipped to 25 Silver Boutique, and will be processed for web credit only. To start a return, customers must contact 25 Silver Boutique to request return authorization. Returns without pre-approved return authorization will not be processed.
- Returns must be in original, unused condition with original product tags attached
- Customer must submit original sales receipt with returned product
- Returns must be shipped to 25 Silver Boutique within 7 days of receipt
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping costs for returned items
Upon receipt of eligible returns, the customer will be issued a web credit minus the shipping costs. Returns may take 2-4 weeks to be processed. Web credit may then be used to purchase products at 25SilverBoutique.com only.
Exchanges can only be made at a 25 Silver Boutique store location. To request an exchange, customers must contact 25 Silver Boutique to request exchange authorization. Exchanges without pre-approved exchange authorization will not be processed.

After receiving authorization for an exchange, the customer must bring online purchases in to a 25 Silver Boutique retail stores for a product exchange.
Products ordered from 25silverboutique.com are shipped for a flat rate cost of $5.95.
25 Silver Boutique is not responsible for any shipping costs accrued from undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. If shipments are returned to 25 Silver Boutique for either of these reasons, the customer is responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed or credited with a refund or an exchange. The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless 25 Silver Boutique has sent an incorrect or damaged item.
All shipments to 25 Silver Boutique must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or other delivery services, and shipments must be insured, tracked, and require a signature.
25 Silver Boutique cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be cancelled automatically without a valid street address.
